How quickly do you ship?+
Most things go out within two working days. Once it's gone, ground shipping takes 3–5 days in most places, 7–10 internationally. Tracking lands in your inbox the moment it leaves us.

Can I return something if it doesn't quite fit?+
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn, with tags. Free returns in-country, and we send a pre-paid label. (Worn things, sadly, we can't take back — except for genuine defects, which we'll fix right away.)

Which size should I pick — a phase or a month?+
Our phases sit on top of the month/age sizes, not under them. So a 'tiniest snore' romper comes in 0–3m or 3–6m. If you're in-between, size up — they grow into them. Our size guide has every measurement, plus a 'tired guess' chart.

How do I wash this without ruining it?+
Cold wash, low spin, line-dry where you can. Our muslins and knits are pre-shrunk so they won't sneak smaller on you. The full care guide is on each product page, and on the wash tag in plain English (no symbols).

Do you ever do collaborations or wholesale?+
We do — we love a small bookshop or coffee place stocking us. Drop us a line via the 'wholesale' topic above and we'll send our line sheet and a sample.

Is everything actually as soft as you say?+
Probably. We use GOTS-certified cottons and OEKO-TEX dyes. Every batch is hand-checked by at least one tired person. If you don't agree, return it free and tell us.
