SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with MorForBaby. This policy explains how we handle shipping and delivery for orders placed through morforbaby.com.


HOW WE SHIP

MorForBaby operates as an online retailer working with trusted supplier partners. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse. This means:

- You will receive your order in packaging from our supplier. The product quality and your consumer rights are unaffected.
- If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments from different suppliers.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


DELIVERY TIMES

We ship to Denmark, Sweden, and selected EU countries. Orders are processed and dispatched the next business day. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

- Denmark and EU (incl. Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, etc.): 3–8 business days
- Total from order to delivery: approximately 4–9 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the supplier's dispatch time, and the shipping carrier. We are not able to guarantee delivery dates.

During peak periods (such as holidays and sale events), delivery times may be longer than usual.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. The final shipping cost will be shown before you confirm your purchase.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at mail@morforbaby.com.


CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

All orders within Denmark and the EU are shipped duty-paid. No additional customs charges should apply for EU customers.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.


LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking link. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at mail@morforbaby.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

MorForBaby is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. However, we will always do our best to resolve any delivery issues.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at mail@morforbaby.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been placed, but we will do our best to assist.
